Luke McCabe serves as President of Salem Trust and Managing Director of Institutional Asset Servicing and Global Custody at AITC, a division of Argent Institutional Trust Company (AITC). In these roles, he leads the strategic growth of Argent Financial Group’s Institutional Asset Servicing and Custody business lines. With extensive experience in global financial services, Luke has a proven track record of success in asset management and institutional servicing markets.

With over 34 years of experience in asset servicing, Luke joined Salem Trust from Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), where he held dual roles as Head of Global Wealth Management and President and CEO of its regulated asset servicing subsidiary, Reliance Trust Company. Prior to FIS, he spent 12 years at State Street Corporation, rising to the position of Division Head of Wealth Management Services.

Luke earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Providence College and completed coursework in International Finance at Richmond College, The American University in London. He previously held Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Beyond his professional career, Luke is actively involved in his community. He serves on the Board of Advisors for the School of Business at Providence College, where he has been a member since 2021. He is also is on the Board of Trustees for Signature Healthcare, a role he has held since 2018. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Trustees, contributing his expertise to various initiatives.
