Mark is a seasoned investment professional with over 40 years of diverse investment management, advisory and consulting experience. Mark joined Argent along with the acquisition of TMI Trust in 2023. His prior positions include Chief Investment Officer of both TMI Trust Company and Reliance Trust Company. Mark has extensive experience in the investment field, having started his career as an investment wholesaler with Nuveen and as a financial advisor with Drexel Burnham Lambert. Previous positions also include Mergers & Acquisitions analyst, equity analyst, and portfolio manager.
Mark handles both individual and institutional clients, including personal and high net worth accounts, trusts, nonprofits, and Retirement Plans. In addition to traditional assets, he has increased attention to alternative asset classes including real estate development, private debt and private equity opportunities. Mark is passionate about his Fiduciary responsibility, being consultative, creative, and delivering value to end clients.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Florida and a Master of Science degree in Corporate Finance from Georgia State University.
Mark has served on the investment committee of Atlanta Jewish Foundation for many years, currently serving as the Foundation’s Investment Committee Chair and on the Foundation Oversight Committee Board.
