David Hard is a Managing Director of Argent Institutional Trust Company (AITC) and serves as Midwest Market Executive, covering Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. He brings 20 years of experience in corporate trust, including regulatory and leadership roles.
Prior to joining AITC, David spent 11 years with Huntington National Bank in Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody, where he led risk management efforts and ultimately served as Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Trust and Custody Services. Earlier in his career, he served as a trust examination specialist with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in the New York region.
David holds an Associate Degree in Finance from Columbus State Community College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Otterbein University, a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Columbia Southern University, and a Master of Taxation from Capital University Law School. He also holds the Corporate Trust Master Certification (CTMC) and is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service.
