Samantha (Sam) Caruth is a Senior Trust Officer in Corporate Trust and Agency Services at Argent Institutional Trust Company (AITC). She is responsible for originating and developing new business and delivering corporate trust and agency solutions to corporate, financial institution, and institutional clients.
Sam brings specialized expertise in escrow solutions, advising clients on complex transactions that require secure, efficient, and compliant handling of funds and documentation. She works closely with clients across mergers and acquisitions, capital markets activity, and other strategic initiatives, providing tailored support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Prior to joining AITC in 2023, Sam worked in the athletic department at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from Central Methodist University, where she was a collegiate basketball player.
