Todd Duncan is a Managing Director of Argent Institutional Trust Company (AITC) and a business development professional specializing in credit tenant lease and municipal and public finance. He brings more than 45 years of experience across corporate trust, escrow services, securities custody and lending, mortgage custody, wealth management, fixed income and bond trading, and product development.
Throughout his career, Todd has held senior leadership and board-level roles, leading corporate trust portfolio acquisitions, developing new products and service offerings, and overseeing P&L management, strategic planning, and risk management. He has also established corporate trust teams and offices in key metropolitan markets and led community outreach initiatives.
Prior to joining AITC, Todd spent 14 years with The Bank of New York as Western Division Manager in Corporate Trust and Escrow Services. He later spent nearly 10 years with UMB Bank, NA, where he served as President of the Institutional Asset Management Division and held multiple board and leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he led Wells Fargo Trust Company’s Leasing Trust and Agency business development legal group. Todd earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Wichita State University and pursued a Master of Science in Finance. He also earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University’s Helzberg School of Business, graduating with honors.
