Tony Veloz is a Managing Director and Business Development Officer for Argent Institutional Trust Company (AITC). He brings more than 25 years of experience in escrow agency services, advising clients across a wide range of complex transactions.
Prior to joining Argent, Tony spent the majority of his career at Bank of America, where he partnered across multiple business lines and successfully closed more than 2,000 public and private escrow transactions.
In his role, Tony collaborates with bankers, law firms, private equity firms, and corporate clients to deliver tailored escrow and corporate trust solutions. His experience spans mergers and acquisitions, litigation, debt capital markets, real estate, bankruptcy, and other transactions requiring secure obligation management.
